I stopped by Starbucks today around 5:01 p.m. to order a large matcha tea latte. the waitress with red hair and a braided ponytail made a mistake and served me a coffee so I had to take the detour to claim a mistake,She responded to me impolitely, telling me that it was not her fault And that it was me who did not specify that it was matcha tea matter fact She served me neither tea nor matcha tea she gave me something that is totally different which is a latte, all she held back was a latte.Your employee is incompetent, rude and moody

J'y suis aller pour patienter pendant que mon animal était chez le vétérinaire et j'avais mon bebe avec moi. J'ai demander à l'employée s'il y avait possibilité de faire chauffer le repas de mon bébé et elle a accepté sans hésiter. Ce n'est pas tous les restaurants qui acceptent. J'ai vraiment apprécié. Sinon le service est courtois et rapide. L'endroit est propre et agréable.

the barista “sarah” has very special service to her customers lol. I didn't get my order, I got an order from a Nicolas and she didn't care. in addition to this she tells me that she cannot mix the heavy cream in her machine so she literally decided to put my drink without it. I paid for the heavy cream she won't credit me she keeps saying she can't use it because of her damn machine. my drink is undrinkable. from the start when I kindly ask for the order in the app on Sarah's behalf, she tells me to respect the time written in the app (I arrived 3min after my order). girl i mean number 1 I do them multiple times and have never said that or talk like you do and number 2 if you're not happy in your job literally get the f out of it talk quite a bit to the clients who pay your salary of 15$ thanks

I go to this Starbucks every day. And every time the team is always smiling. Today, I ordered 8 different drinks to surprise my work team (we had a big day) and despite my huge and complex order, they kept a big smile and impeccable service. ❤️

What a disservice. 4:45 p.m. in line at the drive-thru and we are asked to move back because they are no longer taking orders. Other vehicles arrive and we have to continue to queue. I strongly suggest you review your staff

I ordered my drink using mobile ordering. I get to Starbucks and he's not there. However, it's already been 25 minutes since I placed my order. I had to go to the cash register to be told that my drink is ready and that it is at the drive thru.. I think there are management problems.Also, this is not the first time that the service is not good. The other time, I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink, since there were cashiers taking photos and crowding around instead of making orders.I think it's worth going down to St-Jérôme next time.

I asked for a crème brûlée latte with soy milk and then I said I wanted the same thing but with regular milk. I received 2 different sized drinks 1 with foam and the other without. It seems to me that my order was quite clear. When I asked her why I received 2 drinks of different sizes she told me that's what she understood. In addition, on the large one, she had removed the coffee, I don't really know why. It was a blonde-haired Gabrielle who served me.

The quality of service has improved enormously in recent months. Mobile orders are no longer useful because you have to wait on average 30 minutes before being served a coffee and yet the traffic is similar to recent months.

I went to the blainville Starbucks for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The staff was working well together and all greeted me with a smile. I was especially impressed with the barista alex who took my order. He was very kind and patient while I made my decision. I was very happy to be served with such professionalism as we don’t see that often anymore. Service was fast and restaurant was clean.
