If I could remove stars I would. Very long service, I order a plate of ribs and chicken breast and they take me a half ribs when it is clearly marked ribs. When I tell the waitress she tells me that's how it is and in the photo it's ribs, that's all. In addition, I order a coffee and I am later told that the heaters have to be paid for again and for me a restaurant of this type is unacceptable. We were a gang of almost 20 and left quite quickly. Really poorly served. Very ordinary meal for the price we paid and the chicken was dry. We were not asking for free things but not due ones

2 stars for the food, which was ok without more (chicken skewer)The restaurant is pitiful, it's as if we had renovated the center of the restaurant while forgetting everything else. The exterior walls are damaged, the electric heaters all broken and without protection, benches worn and even torn in certain places, and the toilets are not even mentioned, ceramic joint so dirty, old screen which must have announced something in the past, turned off and everything is crooked. I can guess a ventilation area, blocked with a drain bag on the ceiling….an empty cellar, it really smells like a “has-been”You feel like you're in a restaurant that has been abandoned.I won't go back there. Strangely the exterior of the restaurant seems to have been renovated, it looks like they haven't finished it, but I asked the waitress who told me that everything has been like that since she worked there....

Restaurant in poor condition open electric baseboard, toilets without paper and full of water with doors that hold in fear. The toilet seat was unhooked.... the salmon tartare without taste and huge carrot cakes but which don't taste like carrots.... in short, very expensive for nothing extraordinary.....

How to start this bad experience, utensils were all stained with food still stuck on the knife, the waitresses were all mixed up, we received orders that were not for us, some did not have glasses to take their drafts. My partner ordered Nachos, a bag of Nachos on the plate and 2 or 3 spoons of cheese on top but nothing else. I ordered a Sirloin with Lobster Tail. The Sirloin was cooked to perfection but the meat was tough and cold, the Lobster Tail was rubbery and cold, not really liked my dish. When invoicing it was a real mess, it took a good 20 to 30 minutes before even receiving the first invoice. When I went to see the waitress, she told me that it was our fault because we changed places, which was totally false, people didn't change places. Yes, we got up to greet each other and wish the birthday boy a happy birthday, but everyone kept their seats.I think they accepted more people than they could serve in an acceptable and correct manner because what is most important here is take out your wallet and get out quickly so that someone else can come in.

We splurged and had dinner and a bottle of very good wine. The food was excellent. My prime rib was perfectly cooked, and my wife chicken breast was excellet. You can't go wrong with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Our server was very personable and efficient. It's a great place for a date or a night out with family and friends.
