I just went to eat at Barbies in Lévis and ordered a pizza for $18 + tax.I was served a warm, dry piece of cardboard with a little dry, dried cheese on top. Not edible, I don't call it food. A real shame to serve this to customers. In addition, it is impossible to contact anyone at the head office. I would have rated it - 5 stars if I could. You will never see me at Barbies again.
Ma famille et moi sommes clients depuis quelques années. J’ai fait une réservation pour la réception, j’ai payé un montant additionnel demandé et tout. Je suis arrivée et la réservation était annulée. Nous avons eu un coin du restaurant mais c’était pas ce qu’on avait demandé En plus, le service était médiocre.
