I noticed 3 customers (inside and at the drive-thru) being forced to go back inside to the cash register for errors, forgetfulness...The drinks area is not clean. There are no straws available for customers. 2 customers had to ask the employee, including me.My meal was good, hot and seemed fresh. Went in to order two whoppers. Stood around for 10 minutes at the counter waiting to give my order. Woman behind the counter was waiting for food to come out to put on a tray but could have taken the order. During that time.This restaurant has gone completely to trash. 10 years ago it was okay. Now it's just trash service and I can't even review the food as it took too long to get. Fast good shouldn't take 10 minutes of standing at the counter to order.

Addition: Well done to the lady who was at the checkout today September 25, 2023 at noon. It shows that she has experience. She was at the cash register, serving and preparing. And all this while keeping a smile. I added a star for her.***Some employees are doing their best but there doesn't seem to be a manager. It happened several times that it closed before the closing time announced at the entrance. The burgers are prepared well in advance and are left under the stove.
