The chocolate for the dip was really good, but too expensive for what it is. Ice cream tasted like Costco ice cream. Not bad but wouldn't recommend.

Huge number of options! The chocolate dip tastes better than the competition and is less heavy. Ice cream is rich and gelato options are good too. The fact they now have a Second Cup makes it amazing. There is something for everyone. Plus it's nice and cozy to sit at. Lots of room. Great place!

The shop is clean and kind of beautiful. Gelatos on the other hand are not good. Just sweet cream with artificial flavours. We tried pistachio and chocolat noisette. They were both nothing you couldn’t get from your dépanneur.

I was served by girl by the name Anne-Sofie, she was great 5 star ⭐️ service. She even suggested what dip to choose. She suggested coconut dip. It was great just like Annie-Sofie. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It's amazing to me when I see such a big variety of ice cream, toppings and chocolate dips. They have so many combinations that you can mix and match and personalize, it makes the experience refreshing every time and it accommodates larger groups since they are bound to have something for everyone. The ice cream is a bit expensive though if you were to compare it to some other ice cream shops but the portions are fairly big. I am not a big fan of how soft their ice cream is, it's just too soft for me, but I am sure a lot of people do enjoy it for that softness. The service here is also pretty friendly, they let you have a taste of the gelatos or the chocolate dips before you make your decision, just to make sure you get to pick something you will like in the end.

Le pire service. Après un erreur dans une commande pour 5 personnes (ils ont oublié de prendre la commande d’une personne) au lieu de la compléter, ils ont laissé ma fille la plus petite sans crème glacé et après ils ont commencé à servir les autres sans résoudre. Très mauvais service pas d’empathie. La serveuse n’était pas capable ni de nous regarder pour au moins lui demander de nous servir.En plus la machine à gélato était brisé, donc seulement l’option de crèmes molles à commander.

I am a frequent customer and today, Saturday, July 8, when I ordered some ice cream, the cashier made a mistake without charging an ice cream for a 5 year old girl. The surprise is that she said we had to pay for it, which we agreed to do (mini cone), however they failed to understand that it was an ice cream for a child and left her waiting for more than 15 minutes, until I had to go to tell them that the service was lousy and then they did it in a bad way.On the other hand, we were only able to buy “cream” because the Gelato machine is damaged (in the middle of summer).We tried to use the bathroom and there wasn’t toilet paper.The tables were dirty.Conclusión BAD experience today.
