A lovely shop for any chocolate enthusiasm. It's beautifully decorated with a strong chocolate flavour in the air. A good variety of chocolate, including chocolate covered marshmallow or any kind of dipped iced cream flavor. Plenty of staff to serve so there's never any lineup. It's more on the pricey side as anyone can expect from a shop right in the middle of Dix30.

J'ai été accueillie par Clara, mardi soir, quelques minutes avant la fermeture. Elle a été super à l'écoute et s'est assurée que je puisse commander malgré mes allergies. Merci Clara pour ton bon service!

I had an uncomfortable experience when I came to buy some chocolates from here.I wanted to buy some assorted chocolates to my family as gifts, so I wanted 2 boxes, for a total of 48 chocolates. Like any other business, they sell a larger quantity of chocolates for a "bulk price", that is cheaper than if you would buy them individually. This seemed very convenient, so I thought, I will buy 48 chocolates and ask them to put it in 2 boxes, so that I can save a bit of money and not have to pay for a batch of 24 and another batch of 24.They told me that if I wanted to buy 48, and split them, they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, they could only divide them in 2 bags. I did not understand why. They went on to explain that they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, because there was no way they could separate the cost of the boxes. I still did not understand. The boxes they use are cardboard, they are worth less than a dollar each. I told them that I could pay them a dollar for each box and they said they couldnt do that.It was very uncomfortable because I wanted to save some money by not having to pay for 2 batches of 24. I didnt want the plastic bags because they were going to be gifts, and they told me if I wanted them in boxes I would have to bring my own box. This was a bit ridiculous to me. In the end, because I was pressed for time and my guests were waiting, I bought 48 chocolates, but they didnt let me pay for the 48 chocolates price. Instead I had to buy 2 boxes of 24 and pay a higher price. Its things like this that make me not want to ever come back again.

Delicious hot chocolates, and lots of other delicious things! But… not enough seats. Throughout the month of December, several tables are taken up with decorations of chocolates and other gift boxes… that takes away around twenty seats! We were a group of 6, we found ourselves sitting along the window in a row… not very cool for celebrating a birthday.A little more problematic in my opinion: this is the second time that single chocolates have made me sick (just the next day fortunately) out of 6 or 7 visits divided between the Boucherville store and that of Dix 30. That's around 30 % probability of getting sick from chocolates which are still worth the skin of your buttocks... only to find your buttocks stuck to the toilet bowl for a good while due to freshness problems... admit that it's a somewhat dubious investment .Parking: Instead, park in the basement, it's heated, free and there are many more spaces than on the surface!Kid-friendliness: It’s like a paradise for children! But consume in moderation like anything that is very sweet and/or very fatty.

The store is beautiful, and it's the paradise for chocolate lovers. Right now, there are many Christmas gift baskets, in case you don't know what to offer. The only thing is that customer service is very slow, and it is not even busy, at least when I came. It took over 15 min to order a mini ice cream. Then, it was over 10 min for the order to be ready.

Miscommunication between colleagues made it so that I got the wrong order. When I tried to explain, I only got an extremely rude and uncalled for response. This happened last Sunday evening. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but she was just plain mean to me. Just wanted a fun little treat, turned into a bad experience.
