The Dairy Queen store's service was disappointing. Despite only two customers inside, they prioritized Uber Eats orders over in-person customers, leaving six of us waiting without attention. This lack of consideration led us to leave without placing an order, reflecting poorly on their customer service standards.

We were served by Salman and he was the most amazing customer service employee we have ever seen. He greeted every customer who came in, was very respectful and recommended new items for us to try. His service was fast and he put a smile on our faces! We are Dairy Queen fans now because of him!!

Although I love their DQ Cakes, I have to voice that I was overcharged for a cake. Ordered birthday cake online, picked it up and price was more than what email stated. Confronted the owner and he said price on website was not adjusted and did not offer to reimburse the difference.

Delightful Experience at Dairy Queen:I had a wonderful visit to Dairy Queen recently. The staff there were a true highlight, displaying incredible friendliness and efficiency. They served up delicious treats with a smile, making the whole experience even sweeter. Great job, Dairy Queen team! Definitely coming back soon.

If you stop by on a Sunday, there will be only one employee working and the wait times are longer than any other day. Prices are too high right now as well.
Having filled out the fidelity card (7 cakes purchased) I was in title of a free cake. I was always told by DQ employees that I could get a big blizzard Ice cream Cake for free. I was being told lies... In any case, Salma (I believe his name is) literally blew my mind with an excellent, professional, compassionate costumer service. Even if I was very mad not being grated what I had believe I was in title, Salma kept his calm and tried many different approches for me to be happy. In the end, I told him that if I would own a business, I would want awesome employees like him. Employees that knows the art of customer service.Thank you Salma for your excellent work ! You deserve every single compliments I gave you !D.Vitez

I live right next door so i visit them frequently and it’s dissapointing everytime. Today they ran out of ice cream in their soft serve machine… yet they’re an ice cream shop. Unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Slow service, long line. They don't have online ordering, don't take app coupons, so your only choice is to order 4$ cones (more expensive than Costco) or 5$ slushes (might as well go to couche tard) Not the fault of their staff though. They were nice, just probably understaffed Edit: and the coffee flavored moolatte was pure cream/vanilla and no coffee. Can't even pump flavored syrup properly smh
