Asked for a regular cheeseburger and they gave me a double and for some reason it was sopping wet and the meat was dry as hell. The bread was untoasted and just soaked. Hated it. Staff was nice but it was impossible to eat my burger. Wouldnt recommend buying a 12$ burger that you cant reasonably eat.

The burgers are good and the fries are excellent! The service is OK and the employees are generally smiling, except some who look stupid. On the other hand, super loud and shrill rock music is super unpleasant. It makes the experience less pleasant for us.

Great service at cash, bilingual to boot (i'm french, my spouse, not so much)! It was quick and absolutely delicious... served hot, cheese melted, fresh meat, fresh fries, yummm!Its quite filling and worth every penny! Free refills on the drink was a bonus! Very clean restaurant even though it was constantly full while we here. And personnaly loved the music choice! Will come back for sure!
Meat was pink in the middle and my fries wasn’t in the bag when I arrived home, so paid for nothing.. Also I asked for a milk shake, but apparently the machine was broken, just to see someone receive one legit 5 minutes after! Used to be a place that I liked really much..

Five Guys Dix30$8.79, the portion is big for this price, but:It was the only cheese that had it inside, nothing else underneath. My friend's had half that in cheese and the box was not very full.As you see I couldn't finish, almost no sauce and little cheese so it was super dry. No idea what the sauce tastes like there was so little of it. With half the quantity of potatoes it would have been OK. I prefer to have less volume but more taste... or else pay $2-3 more to make it edible.4/10 for being fine, would not recommend.
