My husband and I went there last night and... WOW! The service is simply exceptional! We laughed, we chatted, and judged the ill-mannered customers who left their trash lying around when they left the restaurant. We see that the employees are having fun, and that humor reigns supreme! Super friendly owner who told us a little about the expansion of the company, and why he chose this franchise over another.Amazing poutine, generous and fresh cheese, perfect sauce, crispy fries. In short, the ideal poutine! The pizza (we took the Jacques Cartier, you know!) is just like the one I remember as a little girl when my parents took me to a restaurant on St-Charles. Lots of cheese, onions, pepperoni, peppers and (real) bacon! The dough and sauce is “the real thing”. We had a hard time finishing the small one, but wasting it was out of the question.Do not hesitate, and do not confuse the Boul.de Rome branch with the other on Boul. neighborhood !

Great pizza for takeout. Perfect balance of ingredients. Love the Jacques-Cartier special if you like onions.The quality and freshness is always as expected and the staff is very friendly, efficient and courteous.I recommend to call ahead for takeout since the restaurant is really more of a counter with only a few seats available but this is not a service restaurant where you can sit with a family and enjoy a pizza ;)This place can get busy with takeouts,Ubers and deliveries between 5-7pm.

A+++ the gentleman at the counter was super nice and helpful. I was inquiring about the halal pepperoni options and he took the time to explain it to me. The owner was present as well and made a point to salute me over the counter. I would definitely recommend this Brossard location to anyone looking for a fast and friendly service and of course the pizzas were so delicious with generous toppings! Our new go to location for Jacques Cartier pizza!
