if i could pur 0 stars i would. absolutely disgusting. terrible experience. the servers have 0 respect for their customers. my friend had multiple pieces of hair in his food and he’s bald. they claimed that it was his and they didnt do anything but call security and threaten a minor. mind you the food was barely eaten. absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers. don’t go back if u want hair in ur food.

My family and I were not a fan of the food. We all had a cup of ice cream sundae and it was ok. However, their chocolate and fruit plater was good and the fruits were fresh. Will not go back but I don't regret trying this once.

The inside of the shop was a bit small, but it looked chic and cute, decorated by quotes and menu options. The outside seating area was very pretty, consisting of red umbrellas, black tables, and chairs. The food was good. They had both savory and sweet options, with plenty of variety. We enjoyed everything and were full when we left after ordering just for items. Juliette and Chocolat was a pleasant experience and is definitely a solid place to go to eat crepes!Vegetarian options: You could ask the staff to hold the meat in an item, and they would. The menu also had many vegetarian options, considering there was no meat in the sweet dishes. In the savory crepes, there were two vegetarian options, and all of the sugary crepes were vegetarian.

The food is good. The service is not bad but seems distracted. It could improve. For instance, they forgot the spoon for my ice-cream, and when I asked for the bill they were confused and made us wait several minutes until we reminded them. It is a nice place. Definitely go there and try the lemon crepe and the espresso with ice-cream.

Save your money and go elsewhere until they change their ways.Took 15 minutes to sit us down. When it was our turn, We were a party of 5, there was a whole big section closed but they wouldn't seat us in it. They put is cramped in a 4 people table just so they don't "open" that section die to lack of personnel.Once seated, we got the ustensiles from which 3 where visibly soiled with chocolate. When I told him polity to change the lot, he argued with me that he would just change the soiled ones!!!The lack of personnel card is overused.At the price they charge customers I'm sure that if they upped wages, they would get more people to work. But safely it has come to this. People pay a ton, get awful service and they get away with it by claiming problem hiring personnel.On my side, it's my last visit. More people should do same so start changing their ways.

Couldn't even eat took 20 min to sit then after around 15 min sit down nobody takes our order and the place was HALF EMPTY. If that wasn't enough the AC was broken and they wouldnt open the door it was over 30° inside we were all sweating what is that place??

Terrible place, terrible food and terrible serviceCame here with a friend. The way the store is setup was very confusing and unorganized. We ordered coffee with cream and some snacks. We received just black coffee with no cream and the snacks were too thick and hard to bite. Not really sure why the staff were so negligent. But anyway, I would never come back to this place.
