First, it's not clear where to order, so i've been standing in the wrong place, and nobody told me. The cashier totally ignored me and took other client's orders. Waited for 15 minutes before going to 5 guys. It's not worth your time and money.

(Which is fine, could happen anywhere) - Problem though, after my food order was ready and i told them my number and what happened, the lady working there did not believe me. I EVEN WENT ONTO MY BANKING APP to show her that the exact amount went of my credit card !! - SHE STILL DID NOT TRUST ME !!After calling the manager i eventually received my food ..

it payed me for SAUCE. Don’t go there, bad fast food!
Very very slow service. It’s supposed to be FAST food for a reason but the workers move like snails. Took 15 minutes to get my order after ordering from the kiosk and it wasn’t even busy (11am on a Thursday)

They completely messed up my burger and instead of remaking it, they just scraped off the ingredients with their hands and put on the right ingredients. It was absolutely disgusting. Coupled with the absolutely filthy tables and drink station, I don't think I'll be going here again anytime soon.

it takes quite long for just a fillet o'fish with just 3 clients and also expensive than the McDonald at Taschereau Brossard
