I ordered takeout for lunch and tried it. I saw Jean Coutu and others next door, so I saw it a few times while walking around, but honestly, it looked a bit old on the outside, so I wondered if it was a properly run restaurant a few times. The glass was old so it was hard to see inside, but the hall in the restaurant was neater and quite spacious than I expected. There were quite a few Koreans eating there.Food is divided into meals and snacks (chicken, snacks, etc.), and since we have kids, we order Jajangmyeon and chicken. Jajangmyeon was a lot better than I expected. The contents inside weren't bad, and it was nice that the noodles didn't get dry. I tried both fried and seasoned chicken and compared them, and the fried chicken was not bad. It doesn't have a sophisticated taste like Korean franchises, but it's still fried crispy and not greasy, so it doesn't taste like the chicken is soaked in oil. Quite a clean taste. The seasoning is made with boneless meat, haha. To be honest, the seasoning isn't bad, but it's a taste I'm familiar with from places like Cheogatjip Whole Chicken in Korea. The chicken is pretty high quality and the taste isn't bad. What is disappointing is the amount. As for the Jajangmyeon, reviews from those who ate it at the hall say that the portion is generous, but the portion is smaller than expected for the price. Usually, when you look at Korean restaurants in other countries, the amount of food is larger if you eat to go than if you eat in the hall, but here it is the opposite. Other than this, this is a place worth trying if you miss Korean food. While nearby Monami is a place that imitates Korean food, this place is a place where you can try Korean food. For reference, if you go to go, you get a 15% discount.

Family outing, first time eating Korean for several people, the waitress was very friendly with our elders accommodating when possible. We were able to try almost all the entrees. Vegetarian and omnivorous choices. Full of flavor. Nice selection of wines and beers. The children and adults had a great time and want to do it again. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Tofu starters, several dishes with a vegetarian option, you can remove the eggs from the others.Dietary restrictions: Gluten: Rice bowls, Japchae, some rice noodle soupsLactose: only a few dishes have cheese.Parking: The restaurant is in a small shopping center, we use the center's parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Baby seats, small portions and possibility to bring back leftovers.

I have to admit that the garage door that opens up caught me off guard. I find that quite amusing and it does let in a nice breeze during the summer time. The food here was a bit expensive in my opinion but the portion served is definitely filling and reasonably large. The flavours for the fried chicken were amazing. Not only that, but the sauce complemented so well the crispy skin and tender meat. I was really happy with that appetizer and also with the side dishes that came along but then I was a bit disappointed by their BBQ sets. I wish they would have marinated the meat with some flavours because it was really plain. Even though the cuts were nice and well presented, the flavours were lacking for me. I was also not a big fan of the condiments they served as dips with the meats but I can see why some people enjoy it. Plenty of freshly looking vegetables were also served with the meat which is a plus for me but some of the meat slices smelled a bit weird so I'm not quite sure how fresh those are. The service was friendly and polite and it was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely like to come back again for more fried wings and try some of their soups, they do look appetizing.
