Pizza was undercooked and soggy, hardly any toppings, Pizza hut once opon a time was great, but those days are long gone, will not be ordering again from Pizza Hut. Save your money.

The service was fine and the food came out on time, but the cashier had given herself a 28% tip before even turning the card reader to me. I had went to wait for my order and the card had not gone through, so I went back to pay a second time and noticed what she did. That is absolutely disgusting, dishonest behaviour. I would have absolutely tipped had it been my own choice to do so, but after she did that forget it.

Poor service - Childish behavior from managerHorrible experience with the manager of the Pizza Hut on the day of October 12, 2023. She treated me with a lot of attitude due to a simple misunderstanding with the cashier. She barely gave me 5 seconds to explain before throwing the receipt in my face, interrupting me several times. The cashier's service was good, but the manager's behavior was extremely childish and horrible. I would never hire him for any business given the poor image given.

I got the new pizza melts ("calzone") from here and it was so gross. There was barely any toppings and the bread was dried out like crazy. So disgusting.

So last week, I order the Triple treat box towards 5:50 pm (and received it more than an hour later hence around 7:15 pm) and for the two medium pizzas, we chose one that is thin-crusted with two different toppings and the second that is Veggie Lovers without red onions. We then received two pan veggie lovers with red onions instead of the initial order. In addition to that, some pizza slices were missing as well. Because of the long wait, our food was already cold when it arrived (not even warm, we had to warm it up ourselves) and we were already really hungry and didn't want to deal with any problems at the time. We then tried to call Pizza Hut and either they didn't answer or hung up on us (I called 5 times with my phone number and no response, tried to call with my sibling’s number, and they answer but told us it wasn't their problem and transferred us to another Pizza Hut and put us on hold and then they hung up, called back again for the 6th time with my phone and they hung us up again). It wasn't our first time ordering with this Pizza Hut and honestly, this behaviour was surprising and disappointing. I made a complaint to their customer service that night and wanted a compensation (at least), however no response again.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place has become terrible after the pandemic. We ordered pizza and it was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. Finally, the guy called and told us that he showed up at a different location and then hung up. He never came with the pizza, but put it as delivered in the system. We tried to call the guy and Pizza Hut on multiple ocasiona and they never replied. Basically, charged me for pizza and delivery and they never brought it and now there is nothing I can do.
