It was our first time at Zibo today, we ate well and our server was friendly. Unfortunately while we were waiting for the machine to pay, I had my coat and my card in my hand, the man who worked at reception came to our table and was quite rude. No excuse me or hello, he simply told us: I have reservations waiting!!!I replied in the same tone that we were waiting for the machine to pay for our meal. Our server then arrived quite quickly, it was busy and he was clearly very busy. I worked in customer service for a long time and that's really not the way to talk to people. It will have been the first and last time for us at Zibo.

Before I start to tell my experience, I want to make a note: I am a chef, and I have had two restaurants...terrible service, we ordered 2 drinks which took a long time to arrive at the table, so much so that the gin and tonic ice was gone. almost completely melted, the food took 1 hour from the moment of the order until it arrived at the table, a minute before you had spoken to have them bring us the bill due to the bad service and the delay, the plate to share was terrible, reduced quantities like unen infantil.... when you have a large restaurant, you must have the staff required to fulfill the customer's requests. If the order is going to take a while, you must warn them so that they make the decision to wait. or change the order, I am very sorry for having gone through such a situation, which will not allow me to return or recommend said business...

Nice modern restaurant with choices of pasta, pizza, tartare, etc. The food is tasty but pretty standard if not a little pricey for what you get at that price. The portions are not very big. The athmosphere is nice, good decor and the service is fast even if it is often busy.Overall, a pretty decent popular restaurant in the area

Comparing to Caesar salad which is twice the size.We were 5, ordered drinks and food and in total prices are good!

Ma copine et moi avions décidé de fêter la saint valentin un peu d'avance alors nous sommes allés manger dans ce restaurant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le serveur qui était très sympathique et efficace. La nourriture était très bonne et l'endroit beau et propre. Nous avions une table dans un coin bien intime et il y avait une belle ambiance chaleureuse. Nous y avons passé un moment très agréable ! Merci pour le bon service !
