Drinks are great, but the shuyi app needs a lot of improvement. So many mistakes/issues on the app. Missing points, promotions not honoured, branches closed even when the app says it is open... I suggest you call the place before placing an order on the Shuyi app. Other than the app, the drinks are very good. Certainly, the location next to a supermarket and the rather harsh facade didn't exactly instill confidence, but they ultimately won us over with a decent green tea and nicely cooked and seasoned tapioca. I wouldn't complain about the pearly, semi-opaque cup, either. The shop space is literally empty in the middle and I imagine they may have tables and chairs before the pandemic, and we were the only ones on a recent Monday afternoon.
