The sushi was not good at all! I went inside and there were only 2 young girls working so they must have been the ones making the sushi and the rolls were so big for hosomaki ot made no sense! There was way to much rice so it made the sushi taste terrible! Would NOT

Their sushi wraps are SO TASTY. Wow! And the staff that worked there (from june 2023) are so nice! I was on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time. So they made sure that I would not be late and did their best so that I could have my lunch as fast as possible.

Seriously,I have never seen such a jumbled poker bowl.The lady takes the rice with her gloves, the vegetables with her gloves, and handles the box with these same gloves...The poker was not representative of what the menu indicated.Onion, chilli, ginger... I don't use it because not everyone likes it, she says arrogantly.We encourage local rather than encouraging a big chain.Sorry. Or never

Zero respect for the customer. I asked for the Combos menu and they refused saying it's too late, that it's only available from noon to 1:30PM. It was 1:18PM and the woman just said "Nope" and went back to chatting. Got a better, fresher and tastier sushi from across the street. Never going back because of this kind of attitude.

STAFF STUPID, VERY DISAPPOINTING...We just wanted to encourage this restaurant which seemed beautiful from the outside but upon entering, no hello or anything. At that time I was still comfortable with the situation but the two young men who were there Thursday evening December 29 were very arrogant, to the point of making fun of my order. Unacceptable.

The service is usually very long, but this time it was a whole different story, I spent more than 5min in the sushi man without being spoken to, not even a "hello" I was a real ghost.Didn't even get the bare minimum, I would have given zero stars if I could.

I eat here every week. Servings are excellent size and always fresh. Poke bowls are delicious and crunchy Buddha wrap is my favorite. Service is always great. I call a few minutes before picking up my order and it is always ready, even on busy days. Employees know what they are doing.

The 2 women there were rude and had horrible customer service. First of all they told me they don't accept American Express and asked me to pay with another card. Only after I insisted did the younger woman allow me to try use the card and it worked!!! When I told her that the card worked and clearly they do accept American Express she did not acknowledge me or that she was wrong.When I got back to my place I noticed that they did not provide me with any wasabi or ginger to go with my sushi nor did they provide other condiments that come advertised with the food I ordered!And to top it all, the food was horrible. The shrimp tempura tasted like it was previously cooked and then just deep fried again when I ordered it and the sushi was stale - gave me a horrible stomach ache!I will never go back and waste my money there again!!!
