Horrible service.Drive through lines wait over 40 min, the person taking orders can’t understand the order( maybe bad mix or just doesn’t care ) and still gives me attitude on the delivery…. I know this is fast food and we not suppose to expect any quality on service but we have reached a new low . Counting the days for automation take over .

Ate hard tacos with beef. I just puked my guts out.. At least now I don't feel nauseous and chills.I don't usually throw up, ever. Not sure what was wrong with the tacos but I don't recommend and I probably won't be going back.

Another franchise that does what it wants. Tacobell.ca hours of operation different by hours than the actual restaurant. At least update those online and don’t waste people’s time. It’s seriously not that much effort. Smh…2021 be better

I used to like taco bell but this place is just a mess. Always a long line at the drive throu when there's like 5 employees everytime. When you finally get to order, they are always out of stock of something. Your order will always have a issue( wrong drink, stale fries, not enough filling, cold cheese) just a huge dissapointement!!!They used to be pretty good but lately it's just pointless to even go there. I really hope management changes soon and does better.

i don't know what's going on this this restaurant, I went on april 2nd 2021 at about 4:30 and I waited in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes. For having worked fast food before, I have no idea why 5 people are this slow at running a fast food joint. if only this wasn't the only taco bell on the south shore.

This location is basically shut down now.Almost every time I have gone by in the past 6 months it's only serviceable via the drive thru, and more than half the time the we're informed that either the Taco Bell menu items are unavailable or they've run out of most of the items.

Everything was in stock (weeks ago they were out of stock of ground beef for tacos/burritos for several weeks) food was great, nice and hot and the burritos were nicely filled and the supreme fries had a good amount of sauce on them!I've been at this KFC/taco bell several times before in the past and it's always been just ok but today (Jan. 7) really impressed me, it's like they did a 180 somehow, I don't know how but they did!Service was good, food was good!Good job guys!I hope it stays like this everyday because I'll definitely be visiting more often everytime I have a taco/burrito craving!
