Good service, welcoming staff. The only big problem with this tim is the cleanliness of the toilets. It can't be that disgusting anyway. You pass at a certain moment and there is a turd stuck to the toilet bowl. You go 1 month after or even 2 months and the same droppings are stuck with others that have been added everywhere. The sink full of old dirt. No soap. Given that it's a place to eat for a majority of working-class customers... it would be nice to have clean toilets where you can at least wash your hands...

The place is clean and properly taken care of. More importantly the staff is very friendly, competent and understanding. That is THE biggest difference with other Tim Hortons. This is my "home" Tim Hortons! I live not so far from here(3-4 min walking distance) ! When I came in the neighborhood was the only commercial thing (now is a huge). So it was as a love from the first look ?. For more than 10 years I've seen a lot of transformations not at all positives . Recently I think that the management try to revive the shop! Good luck by my heart ❤️ and never give up!

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. So cold we had to leave. Ate in the car instead-not as comfortable but at least we weren't shivering. Server said they had to cut the honey Dijon sauce due to costs. Maybe if they lowered the air conditioner, there might be $$ for the sauce. Soup was on the menu but not available due to broken equipment. I think it might be time to pack up
