I was shocked and appalled when I noticed anti-Semitic graffiti on their menu screen in the drive-through. When mentioning this to the staff I was told and I quote what do you expect me to do about this? Waited 15 minutes to never be served, 6 employees present who were laughing among themselves. Only one person takes care of orders at the counters but she herself is busy making coffee.

Sometimes coffee is better than you think. Especially in the case of Americano, it has a randomly sophisticated coffee taste. But I honestly don't know the working hours. The coffee shop seems to start in the morning and end before 12 o'clock. When I go out for coffee, I lock the door in the afternoon. ;;;

No Timbits/ No bread for the sandwichs/ No Wraps after 4 pm(Did 2 tims answers were the same) ?!? Sad how Tim Hortons let things go like thatThe Answer from the business is generic and asking customers to contact a 1800 number to complain about a 3$-20$ amount is absurd and insulting.Its your money guys dont do anything we do not care . You got a manager ?!? Well is job is to run the store , Tim Hortons job is to make sure certain level are reached and the owner overwatch the whole thing. Obviously some peoples are not doing their jobs...

I believe that this Tim Hortons and many others have been strongly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. I have been a customer for a long time and I have noticed this marked deterioration in times of covid, since the start of the pandemic. . Maybe it has something to do with the lack of employees? For errors, just ask for your invoice and return or call ;) in the long run, they will perhaps end up ensuring that the orders are accurate!

It is very difficult to share feeback these days without being a Ken or Karen so i will stick to what occured. I came to your Tim's Sunday afternoon to prepay 100 timbits for our student's field trip. I was told that was not possible and there would be no problem Monday morning.. Well the female employees from the kitchen this morning seemed very irritated that once i ordered these 100 timbits that they were asked to cover the front cash while these were being boxed to not hold everyone else in line. Also the brown haired female employee who i presumed to be the manager (because she refused my request to change a trio coffee to a apple juice.. I try not to give 10 year old kid cofee) was also throwing (throwing is a big word) but she most definitely did not simply put down my wrap it kinda slid on your kitchen transfer counter. Monday morning is not any employee best life! Maybe not working in a customer facing industry should be questionned here! I don't expect them to kiss my butt however i would like to leave your establishment not feeling worse then when i walked in spending $30. Thank you for your time.

Worst tim horton from the south shore I took a sausage trio from the worker there were coffee beans in my coffee, the sausage was poorly cooked the cashier answered me stupidly. Plus when I went to sit down I never saw a table also dirty, Every time I come there is a homeless person who smells of alcohol who bothers me it's decided it's the last time I come here

Drive through takes forever and for some reason they always lock the front doors despite people eating inside! Do staff just take it upon themselves to lock up? It’s 11:30am on a Sunday and the front doors are locked again.
