I had my worst experience at this place this 8270 tacheareau boulevard this weekend on Saturday on Feb 3rd at 5 pm. I waited for more than half an hour to get my order. Then the girl came after long time. After taking my order just need to finish a bagel but instead she was taking other orders and processing. I was very disappointed with Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes on my phone and waited over half an hour and still didn't get my drinks. Customers who arrived after me had already gotten their drinks and I was still waiting. I asked the staff several times if my drinks were ready and one of them replied in a very impatient manner "I'm the only one making them, just wait" and it's been 40 minutes since I placed my order. When a client arrives 15 minutes before closing, they should let them finish and at least give them a margin of 10 minutes so that the person can leave quietly.
