First, let me be clear that the service I’ve received has been pretty good all around. The problem with this Tim’s are the extremely limited hours that are constantly fluctuating. I’d say that it’s due to staffing, but I can’t be sure of that when the Tim’s a few minutes away in Delson is open much later and 7 days a week compared to this one. It’s so frustrating to systematically arrive in Quebec at closed Tim Horton with only “Drive In” service with three kids (who really do what they can… hey, they just have 16 most of the time) to manage the place!Come on Tim Horton… stop taking systematically the COVID and the lack of staff as excuse ! The McDonal just in front was open !Take your decision and manage thing to come back to normal service, or Canadian will just abandon your brand !
