Missing stuff in the order , wrong sandwiches , restaurant is out of alot of things , tables are dirty and long wait while the restaurant was basically empty. This seems to happen alot when i go there . I think the owner should spend a little more time there or choose better supervisors / managers . In a 20 minutes sitting i seen 4 people come back in from the drive though with wrong orders . Im not coming back here .

EVERYTIME I go here I immediately question my life choices. Here is the series of events in short form- order- they tell you to pull into a random parking spot when no one is in front or behind you- they forget about you (meanwhile you have an 18 month old screaming in the car starving)- 30 minutes later … they come out with a bag- half the stuff is missing- you go inside to get the rest of your order- you get an eye roll from staff and then have to listen to them talk about their weekend while taking another 20 min to prepare a missing order& REPEAT

Cold burger patty, dry bun and poutine served in a lake of spicy sauce. Not to mention the cold fries and the almost frozen cheese curds. One of the worst experiences at McDonald's.

Worst in the world for sure !Make sure you have a least 20 minutes in front of you when you order something there.And please !!! Check your bag/order .. 99% of the time your gonna be missing stuff.Edit after the owner replied "thanks for the advice":I don't think you understand what's going on at your restaurant. Cheese isn't between the burger pattys the way its supposed to be. Makes for a very dry burger. Never gave me sauce for mcnuggets. They were busy but still would be nice to put more effort into building the food properly.Store was clean but empty. I was able to see that when I went back in to get the sauce for the nuggets we ordered.

This place is disgusting. Save your money and go to timmies next door, I always debate between the 2 and am always disappointed with my food. One morning, egg mcmuffin was so hard the english muffin crumbled, I couldn't eat it, I had to return it, now they make them too soft, but I guess its better than super hard! Even though it's garbage service and the food is barely good, I go in the hope that it will get better, never does.I will definitely not be going there again. My sandwich had paper in the cheese. I took a mouth full of paper, gross!!! I didn't even bother returning, not spending the gas to go and complain, I just won't be spending another penny there!
Worse quality of food, horrible service, huge wait by the car (we waited over 30-40 min!!! And only 3 cars in front, the reason: nothing), management should take care of this one or franchise. Really

Was our first time ordered McD cantley first of all we ordered from self service and no receipt. Secondly, missing our order that we pay for. Really disappointed ☹️. Will not recommend this place or maybe check your order inside the bag before you leave .
