Saturday November 25, 2023 at 7 p.m.When I arrived at the counter, 2 employees saw me and disappeared back into the kitchen and a 3rd continued to eat in their corner. I waited 5 minutes before we took our order.Once I receive my order, I drive 700 meters before eating and when I open the box, everything is cold. I have enough experience to say that chicken strips stay at least, minimum 1 hour in a stove, before being put in my box.I've been a fast-food cook for 20 years and it's not bad, among the worst experiences I've had. Sorry to say this, but your employees need a manager to supervise them.
