“I am reviewing the restaurant part: Since I do not drink. I will not give any details about the alcoholic beverages or the service at the bar.This place was wonderful. I shall start with the food. We ordered the Mac 'n' cheese with extra bacon. Very filling and 100% delicious. I have never had mac 'n' cheese so good in my life. It is a good-sized portion. The service was wonderful as well. The waitress was very kind. And the service was quick. Extremely quick. I was expecting to stay about an hour there, but we stayed for about 25 - 30 minutes. It is a bit pricy there, but in my opinion, it is worth it. For the atmosphere, it is beautiful on the inside. However, unfortunately, the music is not very good (in my opinion), and it is a little loud. But that is not a big deal, the reason being for the 5/5 on the atmosphere rating. I heavily recommend this place, and will certainly be coming back.“

“Enjoyed delicious breakfasts here a couple of times and decided to try their lunches today. What an amazing surprise to discover their range of gluten-free options. Not just, remove stuff from your plate, but gluten-free burger buns (+$4) or lettuce wrap (+$2), gluten free pizza crust (10 in) and pasta (+$5), as well as a server who was knowledgeable enough to let us know that the BBQ sauce on the ribs had gluten and offer to serve it without. Used to ordering my pizzas from O'Pub and Dan's, I have always considered them equal in terms of quality/price ratio.But recently I ordered from Dan’s and to tell the truth, Dan’s is starting to really “cheap” on the condiments, on the size of its pizzas while continuing to increase its prices. “Tried something different this time - bacon cheeseburger, with truffle fries ( as recommended by server, Troy I think). Very good! Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent and fries really tasty. Service is great here. We often choose here for family outings (multi generation). The Elvis corner table with banquette is our favourite seating spot!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are good portions. The chicken fingers and wings are really good - kids love them.“

“I would definitely not recommend Brasserie Le Manoir St Jacques restaurant!! The staff did not acknowledge our presence. When we communicated with the waitress, she said that she would have to get the manager. When the manager addressed us, he was obnoxious and dismissively said that due to being short staff, they could not serve us. When we said that we would wait the 30 minutes, that he initially stated it would take, he came back to question why we were still there. He said it would now be longer than 30 mins. We were a group of nine black individuals who would have appreciated being addressed in a more hospitable manner; possibly offered coffee while we waited… All to say, it left a very bad taste!!!! Short staff or not, there is a more respectful way to treat customers. Proper training is REQUIRED!!!!!“

“The reservation service is the worst of all the branches, they never answer the phone and even if they do it's useless plus I tell you that the card and the cage app are the same thing, the girl at the reception told me that there is no point in having it, I am already a Master and I never manage to book for Saturdays or to have access to the second floor, so no real need to download the ' app, the food, and the atmosphere I like, the table service, by Jessica or Sébastien is always perfect.“

“Hi I just want to say that the service I got at La Cage Decarie was amazing! My son is turning 16 soon and he had a group of friends (20) along with family members kids and a baby and this restaurant was so accommodating. There was one waitress for 2 large tables, she was great and the food was delicious!!! I highly recommend going there for an event.“
