PM was bought out by another company… and no surprise , the quality of many of their products have gone down. Why do new owners seem to care more about increasing profits rather than maintaining the status quo…I noticed this after ordering their Christmas pre-prepared items. Their pastry and breads are still delicious and their blueberry pie is one of the best.Parking: It can be a bit rough to park close to the store but a little walking is good for you.

Very disappointed in their chocolate croissants/chocolatines. There’s barely any chocolate in them. A thin strip as shown in the picture on ONE side. Might as well have ordered a plain croissant…

At this branch of the first harvest the loaves are always overcooked, the outside is burnt, it's no use or understanding!

Lots of pastry choices, the croissants are the best. Service today is average and not very friendly like other times. Spaces are available and parking is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

If you want to be disrespected go there and speak English. A worker wearing a hijab who works there, refused to speak English. Even after I said that we speak English and you should respect us, her response was "d'accord" and continued in French.

Chaotic. Simply chaotic. All the salespeople are hustling behind the counter to serve the customer but none are really at their post. We came to this store to buy 2 galettes des rois for a birthday. We asked for a classic in which half of the pancake was without frangipane.Next, we asked for the signature maple and pecan pancake. The saleswoman absolutely did not understand what we were asking, did not even know that this cake was offered for sale. And obviously, his colleagues behind the counter don't understand/know what they're selling. And by asking in French AND in English. We had the unpleasant surprise of having a chocolate/cranberry pancake despite our insistence and our patience to make ourselves understood by the saleswoman.Very very disappointed for pancakes sold between $32 and $38 and from a brand that aims to be qualitative and rather high-end.

Looks like the story of failure continues. A very rude and dumb server with specs pretending not seeing me and my daughter (I'm 6 foot) and then showing attitude while serving us. Looks like those servants forgot who's paying their salaries. It's very normal when owners pay peanuts, we get monkeys

They have a variety of delicious breads, desserts, and more. They even make different flavors and designs for the holidays.

Chaotic organization, 3 lines 30 min for nothing, for an online order to be delivered to the car...Overwhelmed staff, lack of organization, but very friendly and do their best...Indicate where to collect online orders at least...THANKS

Great sandwiches, quiches, pies, conserves and chocolate. A little on the pricey side of what you are getting and quality is fairly decent. Salades could be better. They taste a little dated and lack flavor.

I’m confused as to why such a great brand can have bad service at this location specifically. The machine to take a number is broken and with 8 staff, there was a 10 minute wait to select pastries and for others, to pay.The manager stood there talking to another employee when clearly there was a rush. Not one person acknowledged the customers waiting in line.Several customers put their stuff down and walked out.I used to come to this location to get corporate treats but never again and I’m telling everyone to avoid at all costs !

It is great. I just wondering what it means that they ask for tip. As I remember the tip is for resto or bar that they give a service but in bakery ask for tip is so funny.
