“I had made an order online and didn't quite understand the difference between one kind that could be made 2 different ways (rolls and handrolls) so I chose the one I thought was the 6 pcs but was very mistaken. When I got home and opened it I was so upset that it was one large piece and not the 6 small ones. I called the restaurant back and explained what happened and I was amazed when they said to just bring it back and they would remake it the actual way I wanted. They explained it to me but were not rude or judgmental. The service was outstanding and I was so appreciative since I am on a very tight budget and this lunch was supposed to me my "treat". I certainly couldn't afford to pay again so I'm so grateful for them. Thank you“
“Authentic food at a reasonable price! J*** chicken is very good! Not too spicy but order it with their hot sauce if you like the heat. Not sure what it’s made from but it definitely has great flavour and lots of kick ? give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!“

“the doubles and the caribbean soup and bake are absolutely delicious. my grandma used to make a pot of it and bring us her homemade soup all the time, she is older now and is losing her memory so we haven’t tasted it in a quite a while. i’m confident to say that the soup satisfied my craving tonight thank you!“
“We’ve eaten numerous times at Bistro Jaybi and the food never misses ! They’ve been experimenting a special menu like on Tuesday it’s griot tacos (10/10) that come with a tomatillo sauce and piklis, they also had a griot souvlaki (9.5/10), the griot pizza ( 10/10)and we still need to try the griot poutine and sushi ! Cannot wait to see what else they come out with :)“

“I was passing through the Laval intersection and I couldn't miss it. I had a kole rice dish with BBQ chicken. I added extra plantains. Everything was PURE delicious, I ate it all! The only downside is that the bananas are very thin, but besides that, I really liked it! I highly recommend!?“

“I was thrilled andexcited to learn they had a west island location. I used to go to theCDN location whenever possible but can’t anymore with that big staircase outside I need wheelchair access these days.the roti from all of their locations is fantastic!zero I do miss going to the CDN location with the amazing reggae grooves always playing. If I’m not mistaken, they used to have live reggae bandringing playing all the timebackin they day when I used to frequent back in the day in the 90’s“
