Six o'clock on a beautiful Friday evening, there's only one employee in the store. That is disgusting. If you can't afford or can't find the labour to run your business, you don't open. Poor girl was running to keep up with the line up. She's the real hero.

Nice ice cream. The ice cream pizza was also good. Hot dog and meat sauce was ok. Staff are friendly and the place is good. They have a high chair so i can take my little one for a treat and there is parking available always which is great!

AVOID THIS DQ FOR CAKE ORDER!Not a reliable store for orders!I had a problem twice at this particular store:1. Cake was not at all the same as the picture2. Cake was not even preparedManager said that she called me, but I had nothing, not even in my voicemail.If you need a West Island DQ, there are 2 other stores: St Charles and Des Sources

I would have given it a ZERO star if I could. Pains me to say so but, this is the worst I have ever had. I spent $40 on 4 Peanut Buster Parfaits and they ALL ended up in the garbage! The ice cream wasn't even ice cream! Waste of money and so disappointing! On top of that I came from VSL!?
We came for a b-day cake.Great customer service, the guy infront was very helpful and made us laugh, very welcoming vibe. 10000% recommended

It's used to be great place to go with family to grab some ice-cream. Well, it's changed now. Very depressing place to go ...You have to waist about 30-40 mins in the line (4-5 people in the line!) because there were only 2 teenage employees and one of them was very new. He was completely lost! The place stinks of urine. We didn't want to sit inside (as we usually do!). Very disappointed... especially, comparing to the place it's used to be only 2-3 years ago.I want to finish on a positive side! I hope the owner will read this and other reviews about this DQ place and take immediate actions. I will give another try and hopefully it will be the same 4.8 star place that my family liked to go on sunny day. Owner, please take action immediately!

I went to dairy queen thinking it would be a fun experience for me and my child . When we got there , there was an employee swearing under his breath with kids around , the blizzard grinder was dirty/filthy!! And there was crumbs of orea and other stuff all over the counter it looked very unsanitary . When we got our food it looked like it wasn’t made out of love but more like a person that hated their job . Later found out the employees name is Kevin this needs to be dealt with .
