Extremely pleased with this restaurant! I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my family and everything we got was delicious! This place will now be in rotation of my favourite restaurants to go in Montreal. Anyone who’s never had any Filipino food before please give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed!!!
This was my first time trying Filipino cuisine, and I was delighted. The prices are reasonable, the serving size was good. I had a main meal along with a dessert, which were both delicious. One thing I could mention is that some people may find the food a bit salty (maybe it was just the meal I chose), but I like salty food. My family and I stayed at Marriot Bonvoy Residence Inn where we met Angel. She recommended Kalapaw Filipino Cuisine. We almost did not go there because of an impending snow storm. But we still went. We did not regret it. They were very friendly people. Great food. Great service. We got take out. Got back to our hotel, had dinner. Then the snow storm fell.Tried their kamayan platter, kare kare, palabok and lechon. Fantastic!
