My least favorite Mandy’s location. I go to Mandy’s A LOT to the point that my usual one knows me. The DDO location is very slow, cold (heater does not ever seem to be functioning making the dine-in unenjoyable) and I’ve had two accounts of hurting teeth on things not meant to be in salad and once even needing to see a dentist to ensure I did not chip my tooth. I found a rock or some other type of hard piece in my salad once and the second time I found an avocado seed which really hurt! When I told the staff, they apologized but did not offer to reimburse or remake it.

The salade is awesome and the decorations make me feel like home?
First time and Mandy's and I loved the atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Got the Bûcheron salad and it was full of Turkey, chicken and bacon. The dressing was nice and when they asked if I wanted on the side instead of already tossed in I opted for on the side and it was great. The decor is amazing with the huge Cherry blossom tree on the middle of the restaurant.

Ordered four salads just to discover that there was three nit four and the wrong ones. When I called to inquire one of the staff blamed it on me that I took the wrong bag. ( as if it was me who chose the bag ) them of course told me to send an email. When I objected she ended up hanging up in my face. I don't even think they realize what client retention actually means.

Mandy’s DDO is fantastic, good food and great service! They were crazy busy but still managed to get me my food fast and because they couldn’t make me my coffee right away they gave me a cookie on the house for the wait!Outstanding thank you ‘n
