This is our go-to Pizza Hut location and last week I ordered my son the wrong pizza. We went back to the store to clarify what I did wrong - I ordered the hand crafted but he likes the thicker original crust. Anyway, we ordered the correct one for my son - and even though it was my mistake - they bought it for us! I was so thankful and impressed, I needed to support them with a review and the truth of how they treated us! Thank you!
Decent pizza is what you'd expect from Pizza Hut. Staff have no character and don't know how to answer questions. "Call head office " is reply.When I order in advance for pick up, I want to advise to not overcook but no answer on phone.Also, I've gotten at least 6 "free pizza" coupons due to me answering their survey but no way to punch in the code on next order and when I call the customer general line, they say to just advise cashier, but each time, cashier doesn't know what I'm talking about and says to call head office ? It's only convenient PH near me or I'd go somewhere else. Pizza is overall very good though.
