Huge loss in quality. I don't know if it's one-off today or if it's global. We normally love London lattes and hot white chocolate. Both are really no longer good. We hadn't been there for a while because it was often closed.
I stopped here when I was in between flights and I picked out the tuna wraps. Staff was friendly. I had it cold (how can anyone eat that hot!?) and it was delicious however it was watery and kind of a mess to eat.

This Java U is a pretty popular coffee shop. The last time I was here was 2022 Dec.Best:1) That day customer service was good and decent.
