The employees working here look and act very unprofessionally. No hairnets and they are always smoking outside the entrance. Go to the Amir's next door or the Subway on Dorval instead!I think this store is closed for good now.

I go to this excellent place many times since I love the special atmosphere that is characterizes this place. The crew is extremely loyal and qualified. The service is awfully quick. Most important, the food they prepare is outstanding. I visited often and I was always happy. The price is modest. I suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

Customer service is really bad, Bearded man without a beard net, two random employee behind the counter just talking to the guy making the sandwish, olives in green pepper, no chicken or the special promotion beef, girl employee with her coat behind the counter. Guy could not find the salt shaker, so he used salt bags.Overall really unprofessional experience, shame since the food is usually good.

I dont know what happen to that place,its used to be ok. But now it look like the owner changed or something.The employe wer ok with me compared to all the review i saw but they have no uniform,they dont have a beard net and the food is not good and the restaurant is dirty.they dont clean the place and the restaurant need a good renovation.sorry but i won't be going to that location anymore and i suggest to do the same if you dont wanna be disappointed.

As a Dagwoods employee at another location, I was extremely disgusted not only by the service but by the food as well. The meat was being sliced way too thick (not just for my sandwich, I was noticing the same for all the other customers...) and it was clear to me that none of the employees had been trained correctly. Two of them weren't even in uniform and they were all super unprofessional. I love Dagwoods so much but I honestly couldn't finish the sandwich they made for me... I wanted to get behind the counter and make it myself lol! Can I train your employees please??

It was the wours place where I was. It's not clean place, the staff - men threw away at the garbage a lot of bread. I never seen a place like here not organized.
Food good, BUT the resto needs a deep clean n fresh paint ASAP!!!

Walked in,haven't been to dagwoods in years ...noticed it was busy ,was hesitant ...had bad service b4 when there is a rush .....RIGHT AWAY NOTICED the guy making the subs put his heart in soul into every Sub he made ...it didn't matter how long the line was ...heart n soul in every sub...took his time like he was an artist placing each piece of onion,pickle ,tomato like it was science ,he didn't have to ...but he was putting his heart into it ...surgical precision....when it got to my turn after watching him do 3 subs I let him freestyle my sub and made me the best Sub I've had in ages ...the whole energy in this establishment is amazing ...felt nothing but positive energy from the whole staff ..it's very rare imo to see ppl enjoy their jobs !!!!!

This location has gone way downhill. The person sweeping the floor telling me to wait for another employee, the oven broken, and when I was told to swap one meat for another due to it being « green », I got the hell out. This is bad guys.
