Order pizza often. Usually excellent but lately it's been very greasy. Today I decided to do an online order for a club sandwich & wings with fries & Caesar salad. While choosing sides for club sandwich there was a comment box for special instructions. I wrote "no tomatoes very important. Spicy mayo if possible. Thanks" Received with tomatoes and way too much regular mayo. Wings were overcooked. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing. Could not eat. I called resto to tell them about club sandwich but he kept telling me there was no instructions left. I kept repeating it was an option when at the food section but he kept referring to the delivery instructions box where I wrote I would meet at door. He decided to keep arguing with me even after I told him to go to their website & check it out himself. He just kept repeating I didn't write any special instructions. After several minutes of going back & forth I told him I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't going to eat & wanted what I ordered. He finally agreed. Replacement arrived 45 minutes later. The rest of our food was cold. Also ordered honey garlic sauce for wings but got sweet & sour. Not sure if I'll keep ordering at this point.

If you like pizza dipped in grease. this is for you. (i'm not exaggerating) It was not always like this but in the last year all you gonna eat is grease. (lived in the neighborhood for 17 years.) i dont know what happened. Pizza was decent before.

Had a pepperoni and smoke meat pizza from them. Very tasty. Perfect crust. Delivery was on time. Portion was very good two. Two large got five persons.
I called to make an order for me & my colleagues at the office. I had questions with regards to combos & what they offer. She was super rude and impatient over me asking questions. She raised her voice at some point saying I wasn't understanding. I ended up ordering elsewhere. I was very disappointed.

Flight delayed overnight. Hotel staff person recommended this place and so glad they did. Easy online order, online discount for first order, from order placed to delivery at my hotel room and paid with card at time of delivery was 21 minutes. Gyros & poutine to put me to sleep early for early morning flight. Respectful delivery. Absolutely best delivery experience to hotel near YUL Airport. Thank you for great experience.
