Feb. 7th I order for takeout, get home, poke bowl is delicious but rice is undercooked. I call to notify them, owner apologizes and acknowledged their error (I was not the only one to complain.)Tonight Feb 21st I give them another chance: same thing, rice is undercooked, I call to notify them and the rude, condescending young man on the phone tells me he'll go check, not 10 seconds pass and he's back saying he "checked" arguing with me that both the "old batch and new batch" of rice are fine. No apologies, instead denies there is an issue.I deeply regret tipping him $5 when I came to collect my order. I am never going back and not recommending this place anymore. (It's a shame, it used to be very good.)
