Went in on Wednesday to order takeout.I was first greeted with a very nice waitress who came to takeout counter to see me, she took my order but when I showed her my nickels gift card she did not know how to process it on the payment system so she went and asked for help from another waitress which was fine. She had already taken my order so I had to wait anyway.The waitress who was the only one apparently who knows how to process giftcard payments, was the rudest person I’ve had the unfortunate experience of meeting. First she glared at me, and said “how much is on the card?” And I told her I wasn’t sure if it was 20 or 25$ which upset her, she told me I had to know the exact amount and “I don’t have time for this, why don’t you know how much is on the card, Indont understand how you do that, I can’t do it, I don’t have have the time to figure it out for you” (it wasn’t written on the card but I remembered person who gave me it as gift said either 25 or 20);So I said, “ well I figured, it was like all other restaurants, where they just pass the gift card, and you pay the difference”, and she was still angry and said “no we can’t do that, that’s not how it works “, so I said, well ok, try 25, and she typed it in , but added several cents over, which I let her know, and it didn’t work of course, if it needs to be exactly what’s on the card, it won’t be 25.28 it will be 25… she told me “ I don’t have time for this, figure it out/ the amount” and left back to her section. Did she mean I needed to figure out how to do her job of processing a payment ??She eventually comes back, I still don’t have my food order anyways, and says “I’m doing 20” and types it in and passes my giftcard, essentially, forcing me to loose the rest of the money on the giftcard and pay the extra money despite it being on the giftcard.Then she even tried to insist I tip her! When she1) not only did not take my order, but2) had been so rude, angry and loud when essentially it’s not the customers fault that their payment machines work the way they do!Why does this employee take out her frustrations on the customer? Plus, you may think she was stressed because it was busy, there was just two tables in her section, whereas the other two waitresses had 3-5 tables in each their sections, so she was the least busy and her coworkers were super nice, but she certainly wasn’t .I don’t understand why they sell gift cards if that’s the way they treat you when you go to use it. Also, if the amount is essential to know make sure it’s written on the card when you sell it.

The smoked meat sandwich was loaded with lots of smoked meat. I like the option of lean or medium for the smoked meat. I had the medium, very juicy. French fries and Cole slaw were a great accompaniment.

The owner probably won’t answer like usual tho to address this servers behaviour:(I WAS a regular customer here because every week I take my bf and grandfather out for lunch. It was a day where the manager wasn’t there I’m guessing. The waiter (Spanish looking guy) we had was rushing my grandfather as he was trying to order. Like he is 90 hrs old and I found this very disrespectful. He got all our food orders wrong from not trying to let us finish talking but we didn’t want to wait for more food so we just ate whatever was given. We paid for coffees and he NEVER refilled them after we even asked a few times. Therefore whenever it was time to pay I was considering not tipping because the service was HORRIBLE but I thought that maybe he was having a bad day so I tipped just $2.00. He then yelled in front of everyone that I am obligated to tip minimum 15% (which was a $10 tip because my bill was already $70) and that he will NEVER serve us again. I told him that I will tip to good service and this was not good service. He then said whatever. My grandpa never wants to go back there again because this was absolutely disgusting behaviour. Your horrible employee just lost you guys a great regular customer :(

Beware, twice, old menu scam. Check your bill. It is maybe 2$ or 3$, but it is not honest. Change your menus!

To be good it was very good, seriously burger was good, general tao was delicious but unfortunately we had to go find the waitress twice to order, also to pay and to get our starters. So far no problem even if the restaurant was empty. We understand that we all work in the restaurant business. What bothered me the most was after leaving a tip of 10$ on a bill of 150, which is reasonable for the service we had, that she made me pass off as a cheap and told me that I didn't have enough to give her that she was paying 8%! It's not my problem, it's customer service. So the tip works depending on the service given! If I had known, I wouldn't have left a cent!

HIGHLY do NOT recommend coming to this restaurant. The server was so rude we ended up leaving before even eating and I have never done that before. We came after a flight looking for some food and the restaurant was empty so we assumed it would be okay to come in with a suitcase. The server proceeded to give us a dirty look as we walked in the restaurant and we asked if it would be ok if we came in with a luggage bag and she said a rude remark and then when we asked if we should leave she said “no why would you leave now we found you a table” and continued to give us a dirty look. We decided to leave as we were no longer hungry and did not want to leave a horrible tip. If you want to be treated with respect, do not eat here.
