I worked here for a very brief period of time reason being is the owners don't understand the labor laws and basically told me they didn't need me for 2 months, this is a few days before the end of last month as you can imagine not the best time to essentially get laid off. What bugged me the most was how much they preached being a team and then one of the owners would steal my table or they wouldnt pay me all my tips that are owed from the credit and debit cards, I have to hunt them down to get it. Furthermore, sometimes they would text me an hour before I'm going in that it wasn't busy and to not come in. I will say I did very much enjoy my time with the customers and my fellow front end staff (Pina and Grace yall were awesome in every way). I did mostly enjoy my time there but they are greedy and soulless as most breakfast places. I doubt they will last and I will likely be making a cnesst case against these owners as they clearly could not care less about the well-being being of their staff.
