This Tim Hortons is alright. Last time I was here was in November 2023.Best part:1) Customer service was alright and decent.2) Location is right by the Highway.3) Washroom was okay although it should be better maintained.Worst parts:1) They need to renovate the place.2) They need to make it Zero waste and promote sustainability.3) No place for bikes or scooter.Other than that this Tim’s is alright and decent. Just hope they improve on everything that is important or needs to be improved.

The owner does not deserve the Tim Horton franchise, incompetent staff, I will be curious to know if Tim is aware of their questionable practices, very small quantities, error on orders, cleanliness to discuss, slow service, no professionalism.Looking forward to the opening of a new Tim's in the Dorval area. Too bad the one at the gas station doesn't offer seats.

The owner is unimaginably rude. My cappuccino was not refilled and when I told her, she turned her head, ignored me, made a rude gesture and started talking to the next customer.Our 3 bagels were clearly lacking in cheese. Saving money is good, but saving money at the expense of customers is unacceptable.This was our last visit to this place where we were disrespected.

They rarely get my order right. I specifically asked for an egg in my Tim matin sausage, and they gave me with no egg. Disappointing. Management needs to step up and pay more attention to customer orders and what they pay for.
