April 2, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. Ordering was impossible in French, the amount of the invoice was incomprehensible because the cashier was incapable of expressing herself in FrenchThis is unacceptable at the Montreal airport

Had my last stop at Tim Horton's on my way back to the US from Montreal. This was at Gate 70 (YUL/Montreal airport) right next to the restroom. Guy gave me and my daughter an attitude from the start asking if we're paying using a voucher. We ordered, 1 grande hot coffee, he bitterly immediately said" We don't do grande here, only small and medium !" I said, oh ok medium then, and ordered 2 hot lattes and 1 bag of whole beans and 1 french vanilla cappuccino canister. When we were called for our drinks, the nice lady that was he was working with gave us 1 drink! My daughter told him that we had ordered 2 lattes and when I confronted him, he said "No , I told you in the very beginning that we don't do lattes, we don't do iced drinks!" I asked him what do you do here then? He said "Only hot coffee and French vanilla!" I said " Well, Isn't french vanilla considered a latte?!" He said maybe you just want free drinks and I'll just give it you! I said " Look! I can pay for my drinks, but you are giving us an attitude since the very beginning!" The nice older lady was trying to console us by giving us the coffees but I insisted on paying for it since this dude thinks we just want freebies. The guy never apologized and was mad-dogging us until we left. I took his picture. I hope the c manager here gets to see this. He was very mean!

The place is always busy as it's at the airport. They give good service and make sure you're not waiting too long. Plus, there's room to sit and eat there. You can't use Tim's rewards to earn or redeem points, which is a bit odd.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: You can definitely find something for your kidsWheelchair accessibility: It’s wheelchair accessible

This is not a "real" Tim Hortons, but a franchise. What does that mean? Canada visitors do not get their favorite snacks, but only basics that were available decades ago. The staff is much better paid than the real Tim Horton's staff, but treats the customers much worse. For example: Today we were informed that from now on there will be no more large coffees - without explanation! The coffee was served in old white paper cups over the dirty counter. Airport employees are switching to Tim Hortons branches on their way to work, unfortunately passengers do not have this option. A shame for the Tim Hortons name.

Staff tells me I cannot use Tim Hortons points or use my app for purchase credits! So upsetting! Food is as usual but limited in choices. Food Staff was careful and accommodating with allergies. Location is in Main terminal and close to gate 1-2

A typical Tim Hortons cafe. I got a cappuccino and a baguette here before my onward flight to Winnipeg. I think the French Vanilla Cappuccino is absolutely delicious. The sandwiched baguette was also delicious and filled me up. Nice personel. I love Tim Hortons????. Is my favorite cafe. Absolutely recommended. Full 5 stars from me.

The persona at the cash was super nice. He asked me to wait so he can make a fresh brew. Great service.

The frequency of times in which they make mistakes preparing or getting the orders feels like it's intentional! It's just not sane when you hear the word blueberry muffin and you put a chocolate muffin three days in a row by three different tim Hortons workers (one of them is the manager)! And I trusted them and didn't look inside the bag until I got back to my work zone in the airport.

Without a doubt the best coffee in the Montreal airport.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a chocolate milk Iced Capp. They were out of chocolate milk... The gentleman who worked there felt bad for me, and ran to another store in order to get a couple of chocolate milk cartons. He clearly went above and beyond for my request, when he could have just brushed me off with a "we are out of chocolate milk". Outstanding service, my wife was very pleased! Thank you sir! I will remember that.
