This Wendy's always has a good service do far, that was before but as I went today horrible service at the drive-thru worst customer service/service it's just the food that was good. Usually employees apologize for the long wait but there was no lineup I was the only car waiting to be served. Hope they improve 0 stars. Just the food that was good.

Very slow service, order error and obviously no way to be served in French,

I was there last night and a black lady working at the cash register was very stupid and she spoke directly in English which is not legal, you have to at least say Hello / Hi and see the customer's response with what tongue to serve him with his own language. I would add that her attitude was very incorrect and as if she was doing us a favor! And what's more, the service was long even though they didn't have any orders and there were 4 people, the worst part was that I was the only customer there! Honestly, extremely poor customer service ? I will never go back.
After dark, the service is horrible. A bunch of zombie employees with no sense of urgency, being rude to customers and putting no effort into their jobs. You're lucky if you leave with a correct
