First of all, it took us 1h25 before we received our plate. I asked for scrambled eggs and they got it wrong. I had extra sauce and a smoothie which I never received. The food was cold, our bills were wrong. There was no more paper or hand soap in the toilets. The most unpleasant thing was that we were frozen because the door remained open all the time. I know there is a shortage of staff but it’s a shame to have bad experiences like this. I hope you find a way to fix customer service.

Un endroit très lumineux, avec plusieurs choix de style d'assise, banquettes, chaises, tabourets.Nous sommes arrivés vers 12h un dimanche le gros rush était passé donc attente de quelques minutes. Bon service, personnel efficace et souriant.Côté cuisine j'ai personnellement été quelque peu dessus côté rapport qualité prix et tout particulièrement pour le grill Cheese. Ah les tranches de pain étaient belles et très épaisses, mais tellement que goutter les 2 fines tranches de fromages ainsi que les 2 morceaux de bacon était un défi. Sinon l idée du mélange avec l' ananas est bien sympa, mais ici aussi 3 petîts morceaux répartis ...Les boissons , Lait frappés et bubbles soda étaient elles excellentes.Bref 4 plats 2 lait frappés 2 bubbles tea et 2 cafés nous sont revenus avec le pourboire a plus de 45$ par personne.A vous maintenant de voir si cela vous semble correct
Poor service, the waitress didn't even come to refill our coffee, no water, plate had to be taken twice, the second time still not ok, I ended up telling myself that I wouldn't have anything better, it was definitely our last time at your place! And please train your waitresses a little better because the service sucks!
