If I could give you -3 out of 5 I would without remorse! There are 2 of us, we reserve in advance and ask for a bench: I am told that I cannot have one.(?) We arrive, Sunday 6 p.m., a couple without reservation precedes us, the waiter tells them: you don't you don't have a reservation, no problem I'll have a table prepared for you and come back to pick you up: They are sitting next to us and have a BENCH!!!?? Me and my partner stand there freezing on the edge of a boarded-up door in front, sitting on uncomfortable wooden chairs... We order, I mention that I want to replace the salad for the Caesar salad. I receive my plate with the ultra oily chef's salad with a piece of green pepper and a piece of red onion!!! My 2 ultra-charred pork souvlakis: they just taste burnt! Not edible. I tell the waitress, she rushes to offer me a Caesar salad, another plate - she seems not to want to hear what I have to say above all: NO EXCUSE!!! In short, it's too late because my partner is already eating and I'm not tempted to eat alone. I have the impression that what I received as a plate was from earlier in the evening and that someone tried to pass me someone's leftovers. I am really very disappointed with the service and the quality of your food. My recommendations: the person who collects customers from the entrance, before giving the benches to customers who do not have reservations, should offer them to those who are waiting and who have reserved.
