I know that the price of frying oils has increased a lot but restaurateurs cannot extend their use infinitely, it ends up being tasted.Be careful, the bathroom floor was very sticky and the hand soap was missing.I hope that the Victoria in Drummondville is an exception in the chain.

No answer.In July 2023, while doing my accounting, I realized that I was missing this invoice. I am writing to you on Facebook to ask you again to send me the invoice. No answer.Seriously, for me, it's not that big of a deal that I didn't get the bill. But to write to you very politely and to have no response, maybe it works on Tinder, but in business, if you do that, I can't even imagine the number of shortcomings you must have at the administrative level.For me, this is a total lack of respect for customers. So I'm going to put a note on my calendar on May 23 of each year to write to you to celebrate the years it will take before I even have recognition of my existence. How long do you think we can celebrate?One star for the best cheese curds. Zero for disrespect.

Very ordinary... Go to the drive-thru, ask for a carnivorous poutine, pay the extra $4 only to realize at home that I was given a normal poutine without any meat. I call the restaurant, no answer... Really poor service. $32 for 2 small poutines and not even getting what we ordered.-----Definitely still bad. I went back there today and not only does the cashier not take my order correctly but when she realizes her mistake she doesn't want to ask the cooks to rush it because I'm already waiting with half of my order for takeout. When we arrived home, the fries were not cooked and our two poutines were simply not edible. Service as good as the food... mediocre.
