We left St-Hyacinthe to go get some PFK and when we came home a sauce was missing, the two poutines were half full and one had been poorly closed and had fallen to the bottom of the bag, the cashier had looked stupid and said in front of several customers that she really didn't want to be there! Quite ordinary customer service and the lack in our order…

Only positive aspect of the placeThe cashier leans on the counter and makes sloppy commentsThe popcorn chicken is half cookedThe fries are salted with extra salt, put back in the fryer and salted againThe burgers would be perfect if there would be more than the equivalent of two thin pias of mayo in them, cheap on the sauce and in addition you have to pay for the packets of mayo, annoying

The food is very good but the service and the atmosphere created by the customers are downright UNACCEPTABLE. I have already been a few times before/after the renovations and I find that the service in particular is constantly poor, the waiters/waitresses respond really stupidly like CRISS and are incredibly poorly organized in their schedule... This evening I am there I went and as I entered I saw one of the two cashiers with her arms crossed sighing and rolling her eyes at EVERY customer regardless of the customer's attitude, all while the main cashier was tapping the phone and the customers at the same time. On the customer side, be really forgiving and be patient because the worst indecisives and the worst hard heads are found there. Every time I go there, the problem is the same on this side too, customers go there blindly and hope to be met with instant solutions to ridiculous requests. I notice a lot of people who make personalized requests even though the menu is clearly pre-made and they allow themselves to be angry and impatient with the staff! A beautiful wheel that turns, such a shame because despite everything, the food is delicious. I find it really hard having to juggle good food but the worst service in town. Disappointing to the highest degree.

It is the most disappointing experience for placing an order. I placed an online order in November, but unfortunately, I never received it. When I called them after waiting for 2 hours, nobody answered. It was only when I personally went to the location that I discovered it was closed for renovation. Not only did they take my money for an undelivered order, but I also never received a refund. Despite calling KFC 10 times to request a refund, all I got were apologies with no action taken. In one word, the service is terrible!Parking: I don't recommend
