Pizza non cuite, croute tellement mince que je vois à travers! Honnêtement pas plus épaisse qu’une feuille de papier! Lorsque je fais des pizza maison sur tortillas la croute est plus épaisse que ça! Et pratiquement aucune garniture en plus de be pas être assez cuite, la croute est molle et blanche. Pire pizza que j’ai commandé à vie. Dernière fois pour nous le Pizza Hut ???

This is the 2nd time I've had pizza hut delivered to Drummondville. Since the first time he was 1 hour 10 minutes late on my order, I took the time to order more than 2 hours in advance. The pizza still arrived 35 minutes late and 3/4 of the order was not what I had ordered. When I called, the guy who answered didn't even take the time to check who I was, what I wanted, he said the order was leaving immediately and hung up on me! As a result, we didn't get what we ordered and it was cold!

Pizza was probably the best hut I’ve had. They made 2 pizzas in 15 minutes. We really enjoyed it. They didn’t have black olives so they comped us with a free dip.
Not a full restaurant! No lunch buffet, just a take-out counter with a couple of tables.

We stopped by this place on our way out of the city for supper over one weekend. When we walked in, the atmosphere was a bit dull and there was only one other client. We went at the cash to order our food, we took a special that was shown on the restaurant's window (a deal with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a dessert). However the cashier ( who we assumed was the owner) said that they didn't have garlic bread and instead told us we can add a few dollars to replace the garlic bread with wings. We asked if we can get something else instars that didn't cost extra and he said no. We told him it was a bit ridiculous that we had to pay for their lack of supplies and he said that its the stores policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Ok ....we ordered two pizzas instead and waiting in the restaurant for them. In the kitchen, there was a young boy of maybe 12-15 years old making pizzas. It was a bit weird since he's so young and we thought he shouldn't be working. Anyways, we waited for around 20-30 minutes and then we left.Conclusion: the pepperoni was good but the bacon pepperoni pizza was a bit undercooked and didn't taste as great.
