The food was good but not more. The traditional poutine sauce is a bit sweet. it depends if you like that. The hot dog was a massive letdown. The atmosphere was great. And we got to meet the lady who invented poutine.
He is not the inventor of poutine even if they persist in promoting itIt started in Victoriaville when the cheese came from the Victoria cheese factory.An English-speaking truck driver who asked for Putt in the cheese on the French fries every timeThis is the real story and that in Drummondville there was no existing cheese factory at that time.

Only fitting to try poutine for the first time at the site of its invention. I don't completely understand the dish's popularity but I think the version Roy Jucep served was well made and I enjoyed trying it. Burgers were eh. Though the poutine was very rich, I'm glad I made room at the end to try the poutine dessert because that was the absolute highlight of the meal. I loved the French toast-like texture of the churro fries. Super cute diner atmosphere
