Very ordinary!! We placed a mobile order and my boyfriend showed up saying that he hadn't managed to put in the desired ingredients. The lady tells him that she has another mobile order and to wait. A few seconds after finishing, she tells him his order is ready......?! 2x12 combined inches of cold meat, without sauce and not the vegetables we wanted to have...He tells her that he took the time to tell her that it didn't work on the site to choose the condiments and she told him answers "I can't add/modify your subs, because it will unbalance my inventory"... Having been a manager at Subway I know very well that this is not the case for adding/removing vegetables or even just add sauce. He left with 2x 12 inches, with very dry Italian bread, without sauce and without the vegetables we wanted even though he had taken the time to mention it to her before she even prepared the order. Very very very ordinary. I do not recommend the Subway on Lindsay Street in any way. (It was around 10:30am)

Un service courtois, des employés sympathiques et polis et une gérante à qui je lève mon chapeau... l'ambiance est excellente en général MAIS quand les jeunes de l'école lapoudriere s'y pointent.. ayayaye!! Plusieurs étudiants sont impoli, irrespectueux, arrogant, malpropre... mettent du yogour sur les murs , se laisse traîner, parle fort et se trouvent ben drôle d'agir comme ça pour épater leurs amis.. A croire qu'ils sont mal élevés ?.. j'ai vue les tentatives de la gérante échouer les unes après les autres pour arriver à avoir un minimum de respect de ces jeunes qui semble avoir pas grand savoir vivre.. quand tu es rendu que tu dois mettre un message en boucle au micro pour faire respecter des règlements qui aurait même pas besoin d'être répéter autant... Alors ceux qui pense que la gérante de ce restaurant peut peut être paraître désagréable avec les jeunes , mettez ses souliers pendant une seule horaire de dîner et vous m'en redonnerai des nouvelles ,moi j'en ai vue de toute les sortes sur les dîner que je suis aller... Ce Subway est situé près d'une polyvalente ce qui fait qu'il est rempli d'étudiants sur l'heure du diner et qu'il y a une file très importante.Des consignes à l'égard des étudiants sont sur toutes les tables et un message audio joue en boucle répétant les mêmes consignes, ce qui est réellement agressant après quelques minutes...Mais la cerise sur le sundae a été quand la gérante s'est mise à hurler après des étudiants alors quelle était derrière le comptoir et eux à environ 30 pi de celui-ci, de quitter car ils ne consommaient rien alors que leurs amis oui. Vraiment inapproprié et dérangeant pour les autres clients.Bien que je comprenne que les étudiants se doivent d'être sur place pour consommer, il n'est pas nécessaire de crier après eux devant tout le monde. Aller les voir et leur demander de quitter de façon respectueuse est la moindre des choses.
