Terrible service! 3 times my order is wrong! Each time I tell myself that to err is human, but that's too much! The last time the coffee tasted disgusting and very bitter! I'm not coming back there again!
appalling !!!!!! no, but seriously, where have we gone, served by people from another planet certainly, service of infinite sadness, of course error on each of the orders and only price statements that border on abuse, this is not is not the place to go if you want to have a nice day :(

Very unpleasant service,I place an order at the drive-thru, I arrive at the window, pay my order, arrive at the parking lot01/ no towels02/ One out of two orders is wrong, I go back to the restaurant, I emphasize that this is not what I asked for, the lady insists that this is what I ordered, i.e. a chicken wrape crispy, except that the one I received had rice, cucumbers etc etcAnyway I say no big deal I leave leaving the sandwich at the counter she reminds me offering to change …No! I leave and quitI don't set foot there anymore!

Tim Horton boulevard Lemire in drummondville .. I am very disappointed with the service to solve a problem with the manager who made our order herself, charged us an extra without asking us, which meant that our trio was not in a trio she charged us each item separately at full price. I will explain the situation to her, she didn't want to know anything very rude and unpleasant yet I was very calm and polite, told us to call to make a complaint not wanting to refund my money despite admitting her mistake.. check and always ask for your bills!!
