Always when I order either mess up the order or forget items I paid for. Ordered chicken sandwiches combo, comes with mayo and cheese with coffee. They put nothing on my sandwich just the chicken forgot coffee worse place ever.

I came between 3am and 5am and there was this guy by the name of marc through the drive through he was very friendly and polite honestly just his attitude made the long drive worth it. I’m putting 5 star not cuz of the food but just cuz of marc. We love marc you guys should definitely look into giving him a raise because he’s obviously the backbone of the entire customers service.

Exceptionally clean and inviting atmosphere! I typically feel a little uneasy at fast food spots, but this A&W was a delightful exception. Tables were spotless, the restroom was super clean, and Brittany at the till provided exceptional service. Kudos to this location for their high standards—I hope others, including competitors, take note and strive for the same excellence. Thanks a lot!Kid-friendliness: My son loves French fries, so this will be our go-to spot for his favourite treat!
... Y give ketchup with pancakes but no syrup... I got this delivered and have no syrup. So I'm just eating bacon and a hash brown .. I tried to eat the pancakes but it's to dry and I have nothing to put on them. I got 2 one for me and my partner... 30$ just for 2 piece of bacon and a hash brown... Thanks for ripping us off.

Food was good. I ordered the chubby chicken burger. I felt it would come with lettuce / tomatoes and pickles but it didn't have any. Service was good and courteous but I had to go back a couple of times as they had forgotten the condiments and the fries. I ordered the Chipotle/ Mayo sauce and it came in a small quantity for .70 cents. Lol. The stores in the US offer condiments for free and in unlimited quantities. I find that weird in general for all the fast food joints - Not just A&W alone.Parking: It's part of a lot of stores. You can park anywhere and walk to A&W if full.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meal options. With juice and dessert.

Horrible service staff unprofessional worst location I've ever been to. Slow even when not busy, sloppy food do yourself a favour and go to a different location save yourself the disappointment. A and w on vanier road in aylmer worst one.
