The food was fabulous and the service great. We were two dining and we were kind of stuck between 2 tables with larger groups and it was noisy. We were there celebrating my 65 and not to happy with the noise level. Not very intimate

After spending almost 1000.00 dollars on dinner the waiter told us we didnt tip enough Embarrassing the person who was paying foe the meals! That dinner coat him a mortgage payment and to be told he didn't tip 18 % is appalling! Will not go back because of this .

Had a fantastic lunch experience - the ambience was very welcoming, the appetizers, main course and dessert all of excellent taste and quality, and the service was friendly and professional. With terrific views of the river, easy parking and location close to downtown Ottawa, will definitely be making future visits!

Le service laissait à désirer car le serveur semblait presser et le restaurant était pas si occupé notre invité avais fini de manger et a eu son assiette vide en avant de lui pour 15 minutes avons commander 3 crème brûlé et on a reçu que 2 et pas d'excuse de personne enfin on a eu la troisième....première fois que cela nous arrive Très déçu pas sure qu'on va y retourner malheureusement...

Nous avons eu une excellent service avec Marc, notre serveur. La nourriture était très bonne. Je vous recommande fortement ce resto. Très hate que le beau temps arrive pour profiter de la merveilleuse terrasse.

Très belle amélioration par rapport à il y a quelques années. C'était surfait, maintenant c'est un beau brunch et on en a pour notre argent: nourriture délicieuse, propreté, service ... tout est parfait.

Perfect meal, perfect ambiance, perfect service. Upon our arrival, our server asked us if the the ambiant music was too loud or to our liking - nice attention. Also, the server brought me a complementary glass of Porto, because the dessert was not served at the same time as the tea and coffee - again nice attention. Please note, the Arôme restaurant is NOT at the Casino but at the adjacent Hilton hotel. One can walk inside from the restaurant to the Casino, but it is not in the Casino proper. Not an inconvenience, just something to be mindful of when attending the restaurant. We will be back.

If I had one word to describe food it would be, ATROCIOUS!In short, this was an Utterly Disappointing Experience at Arôma Restaurant! Far from the so called 5 star Hilton and Casino experience!Most recent dining experience at Arôma Restaurant was nothing short of disastrous. The highlight of my dismay was the steak, so severely undercooked it bordered on the raw; I jest not when I say that with a minute less on the grill, it might have well trotted back to the pasture. Despite assurances of a 28-day marination, the steak was remarkably unseasoned, a stark contrast to my expectations.But the culinary misadventures did not end there. The kids' meal, an ordeal in itself, took an astonishing 90 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, the fries were an abomination - ice cold, lacking any semblance of seasoning, not even the basic courtesy of salt. This level of service and culinary execution is unacceptable and falls egregiously short of any standard, let alone that of a dining establishment that presumably prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction.Regrettably, Arôma Restaurant has not only lost my patronage but also my respect. I strongly advise potential diners to consider other establishments where the quality of food and service lives up to their promises and prices.Our bill came up to over $600 and a mount of disappointment.
We had the seafood platter 146$ and steak 72$. Half of my steak was half fat and the taste was plain. My wife shared the seafood platter with a friend and for the price, it wasn't worth it. The taste was OK but this is suppose to be a dinner for 2 and we didn't have enough.Our waiter was really professional and knowledgeable and really polite.

I was disappointed in my most recent two trips there, eating with my family. The sweet memory is gone! I took my family there twice, as I thought things may happen poorly once, but not twice. Ambrience remains charming, as you enter the casino fountain. Service is attentive, but food tastes so average. The cost, however, remains high, which cost me over $300 for 4 people each time, once for the brunch and the second time for dinner. I'm hesitant to go back now or recommend others. I sincerely hope the restaurant can improve and serve great food as it did in the past. It can, if the management starts to pay more attention! Thank you.

Nous avons commander le steak experience de 1 kg en cuisson medium et chaque bout du roti etait trop cuit et sec je me suis dit a 200$ piece la cuisson devrait etre a point par le chef mais le vin et le reste etait bon

Sincèrement, il n'y avait vraiment pas beaucoup de choix pour un montant de $60. Crevettes, crabes, oeufs, bacon, saucisses. Vraiment pas impressionnant. J'aurais payé maximum $25 pour ce buffet.

We had the 72$ steaks and I had 50% of it was fat. Plus my wife and her friend shared the seafood platter for 2 and it was ok but not built for 2. They were still hungry as they were a small portion. The waiter was awesome, great service.
