We went to dinner on a Saturday evening for a birthday. We waited in the casino for 1 hour 05 minutes. Be sure to receive the text message confirming just after your arrival that you are on the waiting list. The food was excellent. The service was okay. When I called before, I was told that the birthday person would receive a piece of cake. Even though I mentioned when ordering and again after the meal that we were there to celebrate a birthday, the waiter didn't bring anything and he didn't even wish the person happy birthday.. he didn't didn't offer us coffee or dessert either. It's a shame and I wonder if anyone will read this review and offer us anything to make up for this inconvenience

Outdated decore, service is dry even when bot busy. The worst part is the food. If you enjoy eating don’t bother. Tastes like hospital or school cantine food. Don’t bother trying the escargot, it’s shocking. Honestly got better food from a sketchy food truck in Rideau street.

My sister had to send her pizza back because it was burnt on the bottom and my gravy was probably the worst I've ever had in any restaurant.And my beer looked like it was served in a shot glass Definitely not worth $9.00 And they crowed us in the corner with only one server This is not what I would call a pleasant evening.
J'ai pris les fishs ans chips, les frites toutes molles, on aurait dit des frites réchauffées de la veille, et le poisson vraiment moins bon que d'habitude. J'ai été malade et tout vomi mon poisson. Et la sauce tartare goûtait trop le citron. On y était allé en décembre et j'avais adoré. Vraiment plus le goût de revenir. Serveur vraiment excellent....
Excellent service mais frites graisseuses. Il devrait y avoir une option burger / salade. Ça serait plus santé. Steak au poivre sans poivre. Menu très tendance américaine. Ce qui n'est pas un compliment. J'opterai pour l'Arome lors de ma prochaine visite.

I would have liked to have BBQ sauce for my chicken instead of ketchup. Our server was wonderful and I appreciate that he brought my Son a brownie to help celebrate his birthday. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoy having dinner at the Banco. The cost is reasonable and the food is extremely good. Yesterday we had a young lady as our server, she was so friendly and polite I wish I could remember her name. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Banco for our great meal.
On a passé un merveilleux souper la nourriture est excellente l'ambiance très bonne. Nous avons été très déçu par l'attitude de notre serveur... on avait droit à 15% de rabais sur notre facture... il n'a jamais voulu nous le donner sous prétexte . On lui a signifié que l'on était pas au courant, ( les personnes qui vous place devait vous le dire). Aucune ouverture de sa part ..... I l y a une affiche qui indique 15% sans aucun détail qui dit qu'il faut présenter la carte avant de commander. On y retourne ce soir on espère ne pas avoir le même serveur. Mais la nourriture Excellente!!!

My friend and I had the onion soup (recommendation) by our waitress. It was very good and filling. For dessert my friend and I, we had the cheesecake wth fresh raspberries and blueberries. It was excellent.
